My Buffalo Journey

So I am now an official Buffalonian. I have been here 3 months and 2 days. I love being here it is now my home. I want to thank all of you for your prayers, support, love, and all you have all done. I so appreciate it and thank God for you.
Just a few things God has been doing for me. He has been providing like never before. It is challenging but so fullfilling watching Him do what He does and using this to stretch and mold me. I have never before relied on God as much as I do.
My job has shown me God's favor like never before. I have already gotten a promotion and a raise. Thank you Jesus. I have a wonderful Godly roomate. Rachel is a God send with all she is in Christ on top of that Gypsy loves her and she spoils Gypsy like none other. Please pray for Gypsy she is showing her age and having incontinence problems which stresses her like nothing else can. The people I work with have already seen Jesus in me and I so thank God for that. One woman asked me " Are all people from Long Island as sweet as you?" I said to her if they have Jesus they are. Another one said " Can you pray for me?" I said I prayed for her everyday then two others asked me do I pray for them and I said yes every day and they were like that is cool. Thank you God for giving me the chance to show them God's love for them. My boss is another challenge but my prayer is that she realizes salvation is greater than any money she can make. She is a ruthless business woman the Kingdom of God could so use her and so could Just Joy. Speaking of Just Joy what an amazing minstry I get to work with. God is so moving in this ministry and I am blessed to be a part of it. I have had the opportunity to travel with Carol on several occasions and it has been amazing. God never ceases to show up and show up big.
A shout out to Life Church and Just Joy. The 2nd Saturday I was here they threw me a welcome to your new home party. God knows what I needed when I needed it. I was given all kinds of Gift Certs for all kinds of stores and that provided the weeks groceries. Thank you Jesus.
I was a little sad I did not get to LI for Mother's day but God had other plans. I got to spend the day with some amazing Women of God and I so enjoyed the day. It was bittersweet though the first Mother's day I was not with mom. Please continue to pray for my mom she is such a trooper and an overcomer.
The verses that I have been concentrating on this week are:
" In this greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials so that the proof of you faith being more precious than gold which is perishable even though tested by fire may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.  And though you have not seen Him you love Him and though you do not see Him now, but Believe in Him you greatly rejoice with Joy inexpressible and full of glory." 1 Peter 1:6-8
I was heart broken to hear of Kit Farrel's passing into heaven but rejoicing that she is seeting at Jesus feet singing and organizing heaven I am sure. Heavens gain our loss.
Love you all pray for you often.
In Christ
Karyn.
